The Cultured Pearls Foundation of Suffolk, Inc. in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc® Zeta Epsilon Omega Chapter Scholarship Application 2025-2026

The Cultured Pearls Foundation of Suffolk, Inc. in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Zeta Epsilon Omega Chapter will award $1,000 scholarships to two graduating seniors from each of the following high schools: Windsor, Smithfield, Nansemond River, Lakeland, and King's Fork.

Scholarship Eligibility:

All graduating seniors from Suffolk Public Schools or Isle of Wight County Public Schools may apply.
Students must have at least a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Students must submit a written essay of at least 250 words. The essay must include why the student feels he/she should be awarded the scholarship and his/her commitment to extracurricular and/or community service activities.
In order for the scholarship to be awarded, the student must show evidence of enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
Students must submit two (2) letters of recommendation.
